Dubai Holding is looking to hire a
Director – People Strategy & Analytics
within the People Department at Dubai Holding Corporate.
The role holder is responsible for leading the People Department PMO, people strategy execution, workforce analytics, reporting, HR transformation initiatives, and HR technology enablement across Dubai Holding. The role acts as the central coordination point for strategic people initiatives, ensuring robust governance, effective delivery, data-driven decision-making, and enterprise-wide alignment of priorities.
Key Responsibilities
- The role is critical in enabling the People function to operate as a strategic business partner through the provision of workforce insights, transformation programme management, digital enablement, AI adoption, and continuous improvement initiatives. The role will work closely with senior stakeholders across the Group to translate people strategy into measurable outcomes and support the delivery of Dubai Holding’s workforce transformation agenda.
- Lead the People Department PMO, including governance, action tracking, programme coordination, delivery oversight, and progress reporting.
- Develop and manage the People transformation roadmap and strategic initiatives portfolio.
- Establish governance frameworks, reporting mechanisms, and performance dashboards for strategic people initiatives.
