Own workforce reporting, forecasting and business intelligence deliverables.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop decision-ready Power BI dashboards and workforce insight frameworks.
- Leverage AI and automation to improve reporting quality, efficiency and forecasting accuracy.
- Provide analytical recommendations on workforce utilization, productivity and capacity trends.
- Support leadership reviews through concise executive presentations and business narratives.
