Shaffra, a UAE-based AI company building intelligent automation and deep-tech solutions, is hiring an Artificial Intelligence Engineer to join their growing Dubai team. This is a hands-on technical role for an engineer who wants to push the boundaries of applied AI in the Middle East.
About the Role
As AI Engineer at Shaffra, you’ll design, train, and deploy machine learning and deep learning models across a range of commercial applications — including NLP, computer vision, and predictive analytics. You’ll work alongside product and data engineering teams in an agile environment, taking models from proof-of-concept through to live production systems serving real users. Shaffra is one of the UAE’s pioneering AI companies, with a strong track record of delivering enterprise AI solutions for regional and global clients.
Key Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in AI/ML engineering with production model deployment experience
- Proficiency in Python and deep learning frameworks such as TensorFlow or PyTorch
- Strong understanding of NLP, computer vision, or reinforcement learning techniques
- Experience with cloud ML platforms (AWS SageMaker, Azure ML, or Google Vertex AI)
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, AI, or Engineering
