About the Role
As Manager of Artificial Intelligence at Dubai Holding, you’ll define the AI roadmap, build internal capabilities, and oversee the deployment of machine learning and AI solutions across portfolio companies spanning real estate, hospitality, financial services, and beyond. You’ll work closely with C-suite leaders, external technology partners, and government stakeholders to ensure Dubai Holding remains at the forefront of AI adoption in the UAE. Key Requirements
- 7+ years in AI/ML engineering or leadership, with at least 2 years in a managerial capacity
- Strong hands-on experience with ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn) and cloud AI services
- Experience deploying AI solutions in enterprise or government settings
- Excellent stakeholder management and ability to translate technical AI concepts for business audiences
- Master’s degree or PhD in Computer Science, AI, or Data Science preferred
