About the Role
We are looking for a strategic, commercially minded, and data-driven Media Manager to lead the planning, execution, and optimisation of integrated media strategies for a leading global consumer brand across the GCC and wider Middle East.
Working as part of the Marketing team, you will develop digital-first, full-funnel media strategies that build brand awareness, drive consumer engagement, and support commercial growth.
Partnering closely with Performance Marketing, regional teams, retail partners, and media agencies, you will ensure brand and performance media strategies work together to maximise impact while delivering measurable business results across multiple markets.
Develop and execute integrated, digital-first media strategies aligned with business objectives, product launches, and commercial priorities across the GCC and wider Middle East.
Key Responsibilities
- Build full-funnel media plans across paid social, digital video, search, retail media, online media, and emerging platforms to maximise awareness, engagement, and conversion.
- Work closely with the Performance Marketing team to ensure brand media and performance marketing strategies are aligned, creating a seamless customer journey and maximising campaign effectiveness.
- Adapt global campaigns for regional markets while ensuring local relevance and cultural resonance.
- Identify emerging consumer, media, and platform trends to keep the brand at the forefront of the evolving media landscape.
