About the Role
In this role at Canonical, you’ll work alongside customer engineering and product teams to build, demonstrate, and deploy open-source solutions for enterprise clients — from Kubernetes and Ubuntu to Juju and Charmed OpenStack. Solutions Engineers at Canonical are trusted advisors and technical partners who bridge the gap between cutting-edge products and real-world deployment. The role is remote-friendly across EMEA, offering exceptional flexibility and global exposure.
Key Requirements
- Strong proficiency in Python and shell scripting
- Hands-on experience with Linux systems, containerisation (Docker/Kubernetes), and cloud infrastructure
- Ability to work closely with enterprise clients in a customer-facing technical capacity
- Understanding of open-source ecosystems and DevOps methodologies
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
