About the Role
As Sales Manager for GUERLAIN at LVMH in Dubai, you’ll oversee the brand’s commercial performance across premium retail locations, department stores, and duty-free channels in the UAE. You’ll build and nurture relationships with luxury retail buyers, manage in-store beauty advisors, and deliver an exceptional brand experience that matches GUERLAIN’s 190-year heritage of excellence. Dubai’s position as the Middle East’s luxury capital — with its world-class malls, high-spending tourist base, and growing affluent local population — makes this one of the most exciting luxury beauty markets in the world. Key Requirements
- 3+ years of sales management experience in luxury beauty, fragrance, or premium FMCG
- Strong relationships with luxury and department store buyers in the UAE market
- A genuine passion for and knowledge of the luxury beauty industry
- Team leadership experience, including managing beauty advisors or brand ambassadors
- Fluent English; Arabic or French language skills are highly advantageous
