About the Role

As District Sales Manager at FedEx in Dubai, you’ll own a defined sales territory, managing a portfolio of business accounts while actively hunting for new opportunities across SMEs and enterprise clients. You’ll coach and develop a team of sales representatives, forecast revenue accurately, and work hand-in-hand with operations to ensure service delivery meets client expectations. Dubai’s position as a global logistics hub — serving as the gateway between East and West — makes this one of the most strategically important FedEx markets globally. This is a role for a natural leader with a hunter mentality and the gravitas to build trusted, long-term commercial partnerships.

Key Requirements

  • 5+ years of B2B sales experience, with at least 2 years in a team leadership or management role
  • Proven track record of exceeding revenue targets in logistics, freight, or supply chain
  • Strong understanding of the UAE business landscape and key industry verticals
  • Excellent coaching, forecasting, and CRM management skills
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
