About the Role

As Sales Executive at Beiersdorf in Dubai, you’ll manage key retail accounts, drive shelf visibility and sell-through for iconic brands, and build strong relationships with buyers across modern trade and pharmacy channels. You’ll work closely with the marketing and trade marketing teams to execute in-store campaigns, negotiate shelf space, and hit ambitious volume targets. Dubai’s consumer goods market is booming — with luxury-loving shoppers and a world-class retail infrastructure — making this one of the most rewarding sales territories globally. The hybrid working model adds flexibility to a role that’s otherwise highly dynamic and client-facing.

Key Requirements

  • 2+ years of sales experience in FMCG, personal care, or consumer goods
  • Strong relationships with modern trade, pharmacy, or key account buyers in the UAE
  • Excellent negotiation, presentation, and account management skills
  • Data-driven mindset with experience using sales analytics tools
  • Valid UAE driving licence preferred; Arabic language skills are a bonus
