About the Role
As a Senior Implementations Program Manager at Remote, you’ll oversee complex, multi-market client implementations of Remote’s AI-enhanced HR platform — ensuring seamless onboarding for enterprise clients across EMEA. You’ll coordinate cross-functional teams, manage project timelines, and serve as the key point of contact for senior client stakeholders throughout the implementation lifecycle. Remote’s platform uses AI to automate compliance, payroll calculations, and workforce management across 180+ countries, and your work will directly shape how fast clients realise value. This is a fully remote role with a strong EMEA focus, offering competitive compensation and the flexibility of working from anywhere in the region.
Key Requirements
- 5+ years of program or project management experience in SaaS or enterprise software implementations
- Strong stakeholder management skills across complex, multi-country client engagements
- Experience with AI-enhanced HR, payroll, or workforce management platforms is a plus
- Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent implementation projects under tight timelines
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English
