and you won’t be running an established playbook, you’ll be building and proving one, closing the first cohort of retainer clients that becomes the foundation for the company’s recurring revenue.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and work a target list of 20–50+ GCC employers with real Emiratization/Saudization exposure (banking/fintech, hospitality, logistics, retail, government-linked entities)
- Run outbound and warm-intro outreach to CHROs, Heads of Talent, and government-relations/compliance leads
- contracts (our primary recurring-revenue product) not one-off placements
- Convert early pilot clients into full-price annual/quarterly retainers
