About the Role
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized
to join our established team in Dubai. In this role, you will be responsible for handling day-to-day financial transactions, maintaining accurate ledger records, and ensuring smooth compliance with local free zone authorities.
The ideal candidate will possess a formal accounting qualification, strong attention to detail, and a proactive approach to managing daily financial operations.
Handle and maintain petty cash transactions, register local purchases, and manage utility bills.
Key Responsibilities
- Accurately record monthly payment and journal vouchers, and ensure all monthly provisions are passed correctly.
- Supply Chain & Logistics Tracking:
- Register and track goods in transit to ensure accurate inventory and cost mapping.
- Record monthly service bills and actively follow up with debtors to ensure timely outstanding payments.
