Property & Facilities Administrator
We are hiring a committed and detail-oriented Property & Facilities Administrator to manage the end-to-end administrative functions across our real estate, facility management, and trading divisions. This position requires someone who can handle both back-end operations and client-facing coordination with precision.
You’ll be responsible for maintaining property records, preparing reports, tracking payments, coordinating with tenants and vendors, and supporting various teams including fit-outs, digital marketing, and procurement. A strong grip on Excel and multitasking across departments is key to success in this role.
Maintain accurate property records, lease documents, and payment logs
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate with tenants, vendors, and in-house teams for service requests and updates
- Prepare daily/weekly Excel trackers, reports, and project logs
- Assist in invoicing, petty cash records, and basic expense monitoring
- Handle documentation for facility-related operations, AMC renewals, and fit-out works
