About the Role
• Maintain document control systems, ensuring documents are reviewed, approved, distributed, archived, and easily retrievable.
• Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and clients to ensure timely, accurate documentation and effective information sharing.
• Manage ERP purchase requisitions (PRs) and track, transmit, and file electronic documents, drawings, and correspondence.
• Establish and monitor document control procedures, goals, specifications, and KPIs.
Key Responsibilities
- • Create, update, and maintain project deliverable registers, ensuring quality assurance of all outgoing deliverables.
- • Manage project documentation, including contracts, financial records, handover packages, and transition documents, ensuring proper tracking and storage.
- • Maintain project-specific file transfer platforms, assign document numbers and revisions, and support workflow efficiency across multiple offices.
- • Ensure documentation is accurate, up-to-date, approved, and compliant with company policies, contractual obligations, and quality standards.
