About the Role

Our client is a global technology firm specializing in AI-driven hardware and commercial robotics. They are currently expanding their operations in the Middle East and Africa (MEA) region with a focus on intelligent commercial cooking robots designed to automate professional kitchens, standardize recipes, and optimize labor costs.

The Sales Manager will be responsible for business development and key account management. The primary focus is to penetrate the professional catering and hospitality sectors by securing partnerships with large-scale food service providers and managing regional distribution channels.

: Identify and secure contracts with Tier-1 and Tier-2 clients, specifically targeting chain restaurants, hotels, and large-scale group dining operations such as corporate, school, or factory canteens.

: Present commercial cooking robots as a technical solution for kitchen efficiency, focusing on operational cost reduction and food consistency.

Key Responsibilities

  • : Develop and maintain a network of commercial kitchen equipment distributors and industry consultants.
  • : Negotiate annual procurement agreements and manage long-term relationships with key stakeholders in the hospitality sector.
  • : Monitor regional catering trends and competitor activities to provide feedback for product localization.
  • : 1–3 years of proven B2B sales experience. Backgrounds in commercial kitchen equipment, food-service software (SaaS), or industrial automation are preferred.
