Manager – Business Development & Operations (Dubai)
NOVUS Surfaces is seeking a high-energy Manager to lead our Dubai operations. You will be the face of our brand, responsible for driving sales and overseeing the end-to-end operational cycle for our premium sintered stone, quartz, and porcelain facade solutions.
Proactively identify and engage key decision-makers (Procurement/Technical Departments) at leading Developers, Contractors, Consultants, and Interior Design firms.
Own the full sales cycle – from cold calling and on-site visits to technical presentations and final contract negotiation.
Key Responsibilities
- Utilize deep knowledge of ongoing high-level projects in Dubai to position NOVUS as the preferred vendor.
- Manage import documentation, customs requirements, and supply chain logistics to ensure seamless project delivery.
- Build and maintain long-term partnerships to secure NOVUS on project Approved Vendor Lists (AVL).
- Proven track record in the UAE building materials/construction supply industry.
