This FP&A Specialist role sits within the IMEA regional team based in Dubai, UAE, and forms part of a
operating across more than 130 countries. The position carries a dual reporting line to the Head of FP&A, IMEA and the UAE CFO, and spans financial planning, reporting, and analytics responsibilities across the Marsh Risk and Mercer consulting businesses in the Middle East, with oversight extending to company activity and financials in India and Africa.
The role is a genuine finance business partner position, requiring close collaboration with country and regional leadership, HR, controllership, business operations, and other senior stakeholders. It combines strategic financial leadership with hands-on process improvement and team development.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as a first-line finance advisor to regional business leaders across Marsh Risk and Mercer, building trusted relationships with non-finance stakeholders.
- Direct financial planning, reporting, and analytics in support of senior leadership and regional business leaders, communicating the impact of analyses and forecasts clearly.
- Develop budgets, forecasts, and multi-year plans (3–5 year horizon) aligned to established business objectives and strategic initiatives.
- Assess existing finance structures, processes, and reporting frameworks; develop and implement improvements to simplify, automate, or streamline workflows.
