About the Role
You will be the engine room of our Business Development team, helping us generate and qualify new business from developers, investors and prospective partners. You will own the research, lead qualification, CRM and coordination that keep our pipeline sharp, while working closely with the BD Director and BD Manager. This is an ideal role for someone with early business development experience who wants ownership, exposure to senior stakeholders and a clear path towards a front-line BD career.
Qualify all inbound leads against our criteria and route them to the right BD owner.
Log every lead in Salesforce and ensure none slip through the cracks.
Keep Salesforce fully updated after every meeting, call and email.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain clean contact records, flag data gaps and run a weekly CRM hygiene check.
- Research developer, corporate and partner contacts.
- Build and maintain our UAE developer database.
- Track new launches and wider market activity.
