About the Role
This is a full-time remote role for a Finance Manager at Amigos del Museo del Ejército y de la Historia y la Cultura Militar. The Finance Manager will oversee day-to-day financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management, and financial reporting. The role will prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, monitor expenses against budgets, and ensure accurate and timely bookkeeping and ledger maintenance. The Finance Manager will manage accounts payable and receivable, coordinate with external auditors, and ensure compliance with applicable financial regulations and internal policies. The role will also support strategic decision-making by providing financial analysis, developing funding and grant budgets, and collaborating with program and leadership teams to optimize resource allocation.
Strong financial management skills, including budgeting, forecasting, cash flow analysis, and financial reporting.
Proficiency with accounting principles and tools, such as GAAP, accounting software, spreadsheets, and financial dashboards.
Experience in compliance, audit preparation, internal controls, and risk management practices.
