You’ll own execution across our embedded client mandates from day one.
Client Delivery & Relationship Ownership
Key Responsibilities
- Embedded partnership with our key customers, acting as an extension of the team
- Own the full candidate lifecycle: intake requirements → sourcing → candidate engagement → interview coordination → placement support
- Manage weekly standups and regular touchpoints with hiring managers and team leads; become their go-to talent partner
- Develop deep understanding of your clients’ business, culture, hiring needs, and competitive landscape
