About the Role
Manage and process warning memos through the SAP system:
Generate reports and notify concerned departments
Issue, cancel, and follow up on warning memos
Ensure timely closure of pending absence cases
Key Responsibilities
- Raise and resolve SAP-related technical issues via Khadamatech ticketing system
- Attendance & Absence Management
- Prepare and analyze various absence and attendance reports:
- Statistical absence and attendance reports
