About the Role
Strategy & Planning: Lead the planning and operation of in-app promotion campaigns, including campaign planning, subsidy & incentive design, campaign page setup, and resource-based user reach, etc.; drive order growth and improve GMV.
Own the planning and execution of tactical, occassion & brand-led food campaigns in the United Arab Emirates/city-level across the app.
Manage weekly and monthly campaign calendars in line with the business goals & OKRs. Campaign Execution & Content Quality.
Drive in-app promotion execution for mega-sales and seasonal campaigns (Ramadan, Eid, National Day); co-design local subsidy allocation strategy and resource plans to hit peak order targets through in-app channels.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure campaign placements go live accurately across key in-app touchpoints. Maintain content hygiene across banners, categories, collections, campaign pages, and merchant/product assets.
- Conduct regular quality checks to ensure accuracy, freshness, localization, and brand consistency. Performance & Insights.
- Track campaign performance across key metrics such as orders.
- Partner with product and tech teams to resolve platform issues, tracking gaps, and content inconsistencies.
