The Sales Manager, Pharmacy Automation (PA) will be responsible for leading and driving the growth of the Pharmacy Automation (PA) portfolio in the Gulf and Levant Region.
Key Responsibilities
- This role is accountable for executing the commercial strategy within the assigned area, managing key accounts, developing high‑performing sales capabilities, and strengthening relationships with key stakeholders to deliver sustainable business growth.
- The role requires strong leadership, strategic account development, market shaping, and execution excellence while ensuring full compliance with BD’s ethical and professional standards.
- Drive sales revenue and profitable growth for the PA portfolio across the assigned area in the Gulf and Levant region.
- Develop and execute territory and account strategies to increase BD’s market and category share.
