FBMI is seeking a highly creative, visionary, and detail-oriented Creative Lead for a full-time, on-site role based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.

The Creative Lead will be responsible for shaping and driving the overall creative vision of the brand, leading rebranding initiatives, developing compelling visual identities, enhancing brand storytelling, and driving product innovation. The role will oversee the development and execution of integrated marketing strategies aligned with organizational objectives, ensuring brand consistency and market relevance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop innovative product and gift concepts from ideation through final production, ensuring creativity, functionality, and market appeal.
  • Prepare production ready artwork and coordinate with suppliers, manufacturers, and printing vendors to ensure accurate execution of designs.
  • Research and develop unique luxury gifting concepts inspired by UAE culture, heritage, and premium market trends.
  • Conceptualize, design, develop, and implement impactful design strategies that reflect FBMI’s positioning in every visual element.
