Senior Manager: Data Science – CredTech

Senior Manager: Data Science – CredTech
Key Responsibilities
- Translate the CredTech and BankTech Data Science strategy into executable machine learning systems, prediction capabilities, and decisioning platforms across CredTech markets.
- Lead the design, development, deployment and operationalisation of machine learning, MLOps, credit risk prediction systems, optimisation models, and AI-enabled tooling.
- Provide technical and people leadership across a team of machine learning managers, engineers and data scientists, ensuring that analytical models are production-ready, scalable, governed and aligned to commercial, risk and operational outcomes.
- Operate across Azure-based tooling, including Azure AI Foundry and adjacent Azure ML capabilities, while also recognising partner technology environments that are Linux-based and Python-centric. The incumbent will work at the interface of cloud, on-premise, open-source engineering, credit risk decisioning and emerging agentic / LLM-enabled workflows.
