About the Role
As a Technical Manager, you will be accountable for the Business Unit’s P&L and play a pivotal role in overseeing BIM implementation, multidisciplinary technical solution design, and project execution across various verticals. This role requires the ability to conceptualize and deliver complex, integrated solutions involving multiple technical disciplines, while also identifying and incorporating emerging technologies to enhance the Omnix solutions portfolio. Your leadership will ensure seamless coordination, operational excellence, and innovation across all projects.
Strategic & Technical Oversight
Lead the design of complex technical solutions that integrate architecture, engineering, construction, and technology disciplines.
Take full ownership of Business Unit P&L, ensuring profitability, cost control, and value delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify opportunities to incorporate emerging technologies (e.g., digital twins, AI in design, generative modeling) to enhance service offerings and maintain a competitive edge.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align technical direction with business strategy and market demand.
- 2. BIM Implementation & Optimization
- Ensure organization-wide adherence to BIM standards, best practices, and project-specific requirements.
