Job Description ترغب دائرة الشؤون القانونية لحكومة دبي (“الدائرة”) في تعيين محاسب في مجال شؤون التنفيذ القضائي، بإدارة الخدمات المساندة، للإجراءات الحسابية المتعلقة بالأحكام والسندات التنفيذية، بما يسهم في ضمان الامتثال للقوانين واللوائح المالية المعمول بها في حكومة دبي. Qualifications

Key Responsibilities

المهام والمسؤوليات الرئيسية:
مراجعة لوائح التنفيذ حسابيًّا، وفقًا لأحكام المحاكم والسندات التنفيذية الأخرى.
إعادة احتساب ومراجعة القيم المالية المرتبطة بالتنفيذ.
متابعة المبالغ المسددة في ملفات التنفيذ والمترصد والتحويلات المالية، وإعداد سجلات إلكترونية تتضمن حركة المبالغة المرتبطة بالتنفيذ.
مراجعة طلبات وخطط التقسيط المقدمة، واقتراح خطط بديلة، ومتابعة إجراءات السداد.
إعداد الشق المالي بالإحصائيات الداخلية المرتبطة بالتنفيذ.
التحقق من صحة احتساب المبالغ المنفذ بها، بطلبات استرجاع المبالغ المسددة بالزيادة في حالة تقديم طلب من المنفذ ضده بذلك.
إعداد ورفع التقارير المالية المرتبطة بالتنفيذ بشكل دوري.
