- Manage daily front desk and reception operations
- Welcome visitors, clients, contractors, and suppliers professionally
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and office correspondence
- Coordinate meetings, appointments, and conference room schedules
- Maintain visitor logs and office records
- Support administrative tasks including filing, data entry, and documentation
- Coordinate with construction site teams and office departments
- Ensure office supplies and reception area are properly maintained
Skills Required

- Professional appearance and customer-focused attitude
- UAE experience preferred
Preferred Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
