We are looking for an experienced Agency Manager to lead our full-service digital marketing operations and oversee a diverse portfolio of local and GCC clients across multiple industries.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the day-to-day operations of the digital marketing agency.
- Oversee client accounts, ensuring successful campaign delivery and high client satisfaction.
- Develop and implement digital marketing strategies across Social Media, Performance Marketing, SEO, Content Marketing, and Lead Generation.
- Establish and optimize workflows, SOPs, KPIs, and operational processes to improve efficiency and scalability.
- Manage and mentor cross-functional teams, including Account Management, Social Media, Creative, Content, Media Buying, SEO, Web Development, and Analytics.
- Monitor campaign performance, analyze key metrics, and provide strategic recommendations to drive growth and ROI.
- Lead client reviews, presentations, and business discussions while identifying opportunities for account expansion.
- Support business development initiatives, proposals, client pitches, and agency growth strategies.
Skills Required
- • 8–12+ years of experience in digital marketing and agency environments.
- • Minimum 4–5 years in a leadership or agency management role.
- • Proven experience managing multiple digital marketing disciplines.
- • Experience managing local and GCC market accounts.
- • Experience working with both service-based and product-based businesses.
Preferred Qualifications
- • 8–12+ years of experience in digital marketing and agency environments.
- • Minimum 4–5 years in a leadership or agency management role.
