About the Role
Abdulla Al Rostamani Properties is looking for a Senior Area Portfolio Incharge to oversee the management and performance of a designated property portfolio in Dubai. You will lead operations, drive occupancy, and ensure exceptional service standards across residential and commercial assets.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full operational portfolio of assigned residential and commercial properties
- Drive occupancy rates and rental income through proactive leasing and tenant retention
- Oversee property maintenance, refurbishment, and service quality standards
- Lead and develop a team of property coordinators and supervisors
- Build and maintain strong tenant and owner relationships
- Ensure compliance with Dubai Land Department regulations and RERA guidelines
- Prepare portfolio performance reports and present to senior management
Requirements
- 5+ years in property portfolio management, ideally in Dubai
- Strong understanding of UAE real estate laws, RERA, and DLD regulations
- Proven experience managing large residential or mixed-use portfolios
- Leadership skills with experience managing teams
- RERA certification preferred
