About the Role
Rotana Hotels is hiring a Coordinator for Emirati Talent Development to support the attraction, onboarding, and career development of UAE National employees across its Abu Dhabi properties. This is a meaningful HR role supporting Rotana’s Emiratisation commitments and national talent agenda.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate recruitment and onboarding processes for Emirati talent across Rotana properties
- Support the development and delivery of Emiratisation training and development programmes
- Maintain accurate records and reporting for Emirati headcount and Emiratisation targets
- Liaise with MOHRE, Nafis, and relevant government entities on compliance requirements
- Assist in organising career fairs, campus recruitment drives, and talent engagement events
- Provide administrative support to the Emiratisation team
Requirements
- 1-3 years of HR coordination or talent management experience
- Knowledge of UAE Emiratisation policies, Nafis, and labour law
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Proficiency in MS Office and HR systems
- UAE National candidates are strongly preferred for this role
