About the Role
Inception, Abu Dhabi’s leading AI company under the G42 group, is hiring a Manager of Delivery. You will oversee the successful delivery of AI and machine learning projects for enterprise clients, ensuring quality, timeline, and stakeholder satisfaction across complex technology engagements.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end delivery of AI/ML product and solution projects
- Manage cross-functional teams of engineers, data scientists, and business analysts
- Own project timelines, budgets, risk management, and stakeholder communications
- Define delivery frameworks and methodologies across the organisation
- Build and maintain strong client relationships during project delivery phases
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to ensure technical excellence
Requirements
- 5+ years in technology project or delivery management
- Experience managing AI, ML or data-intensive projects
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- PMP, PRINCE2 or Agile certification preferred
- Experience in enterprise or government sectors in UAE/GCC is a plus
