About the Role

Revolut is seeking a data-driven Marketing Manager with a quantitative background to join its fast-growing MENA team. You will own performance marketing strategies, drive growth through data analysis, and optimize campaigns across paid and organic channels for the UAE and wider Middle East market.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own and execute quantitative marketing strategies to drive user acquisition and activation
  • Analyse campaign performance data and optimize for ROI across paid channels
  • Work with data science and product teams to build growth models
  • Design and run A/B tests to improve conversion and retention
  • Develop dashboards and reporting frameworks for marketing performance
  • Collaborate with regional teams to localize campaigns for MENA audiences

Requirements

  • 4+ years in performance or growth marketing with strong analytical focus
  • Proficiency in SQL and data analysis tools
  • Experience with paid digital channels (Meta, Google, TikTok)
  • Strong understanding of attribution modelling and incrementality testing
  • Fintech or financial services experience preferred
