About the Role
Oliver MEA is looking for a talented Social Media Manager to join its Dubai team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing social media strategies across key platforms, managing brand presence, and driving engagement for global clients in the MENA region.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute social media strategies across Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter/X, TikTok and Facebook
- Create compelling content calendars aligned with brand guidelines
- Monitor, analyse and report on social media performance metrics
- Collaborate with creative teams on content production
- Manage community engagement and respond to audience interactions
- Stay on top of social media trends relevant to MENA markets
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in social media management, preferably in an agency setting
- Strong knowledge of social media platforms and best practices
- Experience with social listening and analytics tools
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (Arabic a plus)
- Ability to manage multiple client accounts simultaneously
