About the Role
Deliveroo is seeking a Finance & Strategy Associate (UAE National) to join our growing MENA team. This is a high-impact role working at the intersection of finance, data analysis, and business strategy. This position is open to UAE Nationals as part of Deliveroo’s Emiratisation commitment.

Key Responsibilities
- Support financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting for the MENA region
- Conduct financial and commercial analysis to support business decisions
- Build and maintain financial models for new markets and business initiatives
- Partner with operational teams to track performance against targets
- Prepare management reports, dashboards, and presentations for leadership
- Support month-end close processes and variance analysis
- Identify opportunities for revenue growth and cost optimization
Skills Required
- UAE National (Emiratisation role – mandatory)
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
- Strong analytical and financial modeling skills
- Proficiency in Excel and financial analysis tools
- Strong communication skills in English and Arabic
- Eager to learn and work in a fast-paced startup environment
- Internship or 1-2 years of experience in finance, consulting, or banking
- Knowledge of food delivery, e-commerce, or tech industry
Preferred Qualifications
- Additional certifications or experience in Accounts & Finance are advantageous.
