About the Role
Job Purpose Summary: To provide overall leadership and management of Campus Physical Development Department and Campus Services at Zayed University. This senior leadership role ensures the effective operation of university facilities management, projects, and planning for university development needs. The role oversees Travel Services, Business/Service Centers, University Switchboards, contract services, and the Conference Center.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide strategic leadership for facilities management across all university campuses
- Oversee capital project planning, construction coordination, and fit-out management
- Manage service operations including travel, mail, food services, and convenience shops
- Supervise and develop the Campus Services team to deliver high service levels
- Develop and manage facilities budgets, vendor contracts, and procurement
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards
- Liaise with academic and administrative departments to support campus needs
Skills Required
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Facilities Management, or related field
- 10+ years of experience in facilities management or campus services leadership
- Proven experience managing large teams and multi-vendor environments
- Strong project management skills
- Knowledge of UAE building codes, regulations, and procurement processes
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Master’s degree in relevant field
- Professional certifications (IFMA CFM, PMP)
Preferred Qualifications
- Additional certifications or experience in Admin are advantageous.
