About the Role

We are looking for a Lead Solutions Architect to drive technical pre-sales and architecture for our AI-powered CXM platform across the MENA region.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead technical discovery, solution design, and proof-of-concept engagements
- Architect AI-powered CXM solutions tailored to enterprise client needs
- Partner with sales teams to develop technical proposals and presentations
- Configure and demonstrate Sprinklr platform capabilities to prospects and clients
- Provide expertise on AI, NLP, and conversational analytics capabilities
- Act as a trusted technical advisor throughout the customer journey
- Contribute to thought leadership through workshops and industry events
Skills Required
- 5+ years in pre-sales, solution architecture, or technical consulting
- Strong knowledge of AI/ML, NLP, and conversational AI technologies
- Experience with CXM, CRM, or enterprise SaaS platforms
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to map complex business requirements to technical solutions
- Knowledge of API integrations and enterprise data architectures
Preferred Qualifications
- Additional certifications or experience in AI & ML are advantageous.
