Role Description

Overseas is seeking a detail-oriented Sales Administrator to be the administrative backbone of their Dubai sales team. This is a specialist administrative role — not a stepping stone to a sales career, but an opportunity for someone who takes genuine pride in precision, structure, and supporting sales excellence from behind the scenes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain accurate customer data including prices, orders, and contracts
  • Process sales orders from receipt through to accurate invoicing
  • Prepare product sheets, price lists, and tender documentation
  • Support administrative preparation of annual customer meetings
  • Monitor stock levels and delivery schedules, flagging slow-moving inventory
  • Act as administrative Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for customer queries
  • Maintain sales records, filing systems, and shared drives
  • Produce recurring reports and data overviews for the Sales Manager

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, economics, or equivalent experience
  • Genuine enthusiasm for administrative work and precision
  • Fluency in English (written and verbal)
  • Strong organisational skills and sharp attention to detail
  • Proficiency in ERP, CRM, Excel, and document management tools
  • Ability to manage multiple parallel requests calmly
