Role Description
The Facilities Management Supervisor will oversee day-to-day FM operations across Al Ghurair’s properties, ensuring all facilities are maintained to the highest standards of safety, cleanliness, and functionality. This is a hands-on supervisory role requiring strong technical knowledge and people management skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise FM teams across maintenance, cleaning, and security functions
- Ensure all PPM (Planned Preventive Maintenance) schedules are adhered to
- Manage contractor relationships and service level agreements
- Conduct regular facility inspections and ensure compliance with HSE standards
- Handle tenant or occupant complaints and resolve issues promptly
- Maintain accurate maintenance records and FM documentation
- Support FM budget management and cost control
Requirements
- 4+ years of facilities management experience, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role
- Technical background in MEP (mechanical, electrical, plumbing) preferred
- Knowledge of HSE standards and UAE building regulations
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Proficiency in CAFM (Computer-Aided Facilities Management) systems
- Excellent communication skills in English; Arabic is advantageous
