Role Description
The Manager of Solution Engineering at Inception bridges the gap between Inception’s AI products and enterprise client needs. You will lead a team of solution engineers to design, present, and implement technical AI solutions for complex organisational challenges — combining deep technical knowledge with exceptional client relationship skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the solution engineering team to support enterprise AI sales and deployments
- Design technical architectures and solution proposals for client needs
- Run technical discovery workshops and proof-of-concept projects
- Collaborate with product and R&D teams to align offerings with market needs
- Support pre-sales activities including RFPs, demos, and client presentations
- Build relationships with CTO, CIO, and CDO-level stakeholders
Requirements
- 6+ years in solution engineering, pre-sales, or technical consulting roles
- Strong background in AI/ML, cloud architecture, or enterprise software
- Proven experience leading technical teams in client-facing roles
- Excellent communication and presentation skills to C-suite audiences
- Arabic language skills are a strong advantage for MENA client engagements
- Experience with LLMs, computer vision, or enterprise AI platforms preferred
