Role Description
The Paid Social Lead at Equiti will own the strategy, execution, and optimisation of paid social campaigns across Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, and Snapchat. You will work within a performance marketing team to drive high-quality lead generation for Equiti’s trading products, managing significant media budgets across diverse markets.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead paid social strategy across Meta (Facebook/Instagram), TikTok, LinkedIn, and Snapchat
- Manage and optimise high-budget campaigns with a focus on lead volume and CPA
- Collaborate with creative teams to develop high-performing ad assets
- Conduct audience research, segmentation, and A/B testing
- Report on performance metrics and present insights to senior stakeholders
- Stay current with platform updates, algorithm changes, and best practices
- Work with compliance teams to ensure all ads meet regulatory requirements
Requirements
- 4+ years of paid social experience, with at least 1 year in a lead role
- Proven experience managing large budgets (AED 500K+/month preferred)
- Deep expertise in Meta Ads Manager and TikTok for Business
- Experience in financial services, fintech, or regulated industries preferred
- Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision making
- Familiarity with tracking tools (pixel, server-side tracking, GA4)
