Role Description
As a Data Scientist at Huspy, you will build and deploy machine learning models that drive business decisions across property pricing, customer segmentation, mortgage risk, and growth. You will work closely with product, engineering, and business teams to turn complex data into tangible value for customers and the company.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, build, and deploy ML models for pricing, risk, and personalisation
- Explore and clean large real estate and financial datasets
- Collaborate with product and engineering to integrate models into production
- Conduct A/B experiments and measure business impact
- Develop data pipelines and maintain model performance over time
- Communicate findings clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in data science or machine learning roles
- Proficiency in Python (pandas, scikit-learn, TensorFlow or PyTorch)
- Strong SQL skills and experience with cloud data platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure)
- Experience with NLP, computer vision, or time-series modelling is a plus
- Ability to take projects from idea to production independently
- Degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or related field
