Role Description
As an eCommerce Manager at Pattern Dubai, you will manage and grow the marketplace presence of Pattern’s brand partners. You will oversee listings, advertising, inventory, and performance reporting — combining analytical thinking with creative execution to maximise sales and brand equity on Amazon and regional platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end Amazon and marketplace operations for assigned brands
- Optimise product listings, A+ content, and brand storefronts
- Plan and execute Amazon PPC campaigns and sponsored ads strategy
- Monitor sales performance, inventory, and profitability metrics
- Coordinate with clients to align marketplace strategy with brand goals
- Identify new marketplace opportunities across MENA (Noon, Carrefour, etc.)
- Analyse competitor landscape and market trends
Requirements
- 3+ years of eCommerce experience, preferably with Amazon Seller/Vendor Central
- Strong understanding of Amazon advertising (PPC, DSP)
- Analytical mindset with proficiency in Excel and data tools
- Experience managing multiple brands or client accounts
- Knowledge of MENA eCommerce landscape is a plus
- Strong communication and client management skills
