Role Description
As a Frontend Engineer at Huspy, you will build the customer-facing and internal tools that thousands of home buyers and mortgage advisors use every day. Working in a cross-functional product team, you will own the frontend of key product flows — from property search and mortgage calculators to application portals and dashboards.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain performant, accessible React applications
- Implement pixel-perfect designs in close collaboration with the design team
- Write clean, well-tested, and documented TypeScript code
- Contribute to component library and design system development
- Optimise web performance and Core Web Vitals
- Participate in code reviews and contribute to engineering culture
Requirements
- 3+ years of frontend engineering experience
- Strong proficiency in React, TypeScript, and modern CSS
- Experience with state management (Redux, Zustand, Jotai, etc.)
- Familiarity with testing frameworks (Jest, Cypress, React Testing Library)
- Understanding of web performance and accessibility standards
- Experience in a fast-paced startup environment preferred
