Marriott and FICO Plan Seven Hotels Across Thailand

Marriott International and FICO Corporation have signed agreements for seven hotels with a combined 1,262 rooms across Bangkok, Pattaya and Phuket. The companies announced the planned portfolio on 7 October 2026.

The projects include the 288-room JW Marriott Bangkok Sathorn and a 147-room citizenM hotel, which would introduce that brand in Thailand. Three Four Points Flex properties would add 493 rooms, while two Series by Marriott hotels would contribute another 334 rooms.

No opening dates were announced. Marriott and FICO already work together on four hotels, and the new agreements would bring their joint future portfolio to 11 properties across eight brands. The announcement describes development plans and does not confirm vacancies. Source: Marriott announcement, syndicated by MarketScreener.
