Nexus Solutions, a dynamic international company with European roots and operations across six countries, is seeking an experienced Financial Accountant Specialist (L3) for its Dubai office. This on-site role is ideal for a senior accountant who thrives in high-volume, multi-entity environments and takes genuine ownership of the full accounting cycle.
About the Role
You’ll own core accounting operations across multiple business lines—managing payment processing and reconciliations, leading month-end close, maintaining AR/AP cycles, tracking client retainers, and ensuring IFRS compliance. You’ll prepare balance sheet reconciliations, conduct variance analysis, support VAT reporting, and build audit-ready documentation. This role requires someone who is structured, disciplined, and comfortable managing complex financial records independently.
Key Requirements
- Professional accounting qualification (ACCA, CA, CPA, CIMA, or equivalent)
- 4–5 years of full-cycle accounting and financial reporting experience in a fast-paced environment
- Strong experience with high-volume reconciliations across banks, PSPs, and settlement ledgers
- Advanced Excel/Google Sheets capability (pivots, formulas, data models, lookups)
- Multi-entity or multi-country accounting experience is highly desirable
