Hands-on experience with VMware vCenter, AWS EC2, Azure resources, Kubernetes clusters, and MID Server deployment required. Knowledge of SSH, WMI, credential management, and CMDB best practices essential. ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist – Discovery preferred.
